Frequently asked questions
Why does my iPhone keep disconnecting from WiFi?
Usually the router assigning a new IP address each time or iOS switching to mobile data when WiFi dips. Forgetting and rejoining the network resolves most persistent disconnection issues.
Why does my iPhone connect to WiFi but no internet?
The iPhone has a valid router connection but DNS is not resolving or the router can't reach the internet. Try renewing the DHCP lease and restarting the router.
Why is my iPhone WiFi slower than other devices?
Check which WiFi band it connects to — connecting to 5GHz gives faster speeds when close to the router.
