How much does a home visit cost?
A home visit is $79 which includes the first 30 minutes of work. If the job takes longer, it is $99 per hour. We tell you the cost upfront before we start — no surprises, no hidden fees. And if we cannot fix it, you pay nothing at all.
Someone called saying my computer has a virus — is this a scam?
Yes, almost certainly. Legitimate companies like Microsoft, Apple or Telstra never call you out of the blue about a virus. These are scammers trying to access your computer or steal money. Hang up immediately. If you are worried, call us and we will check your computer properly.
Can you help me set up video calls with my family?
Absolutely. Setting up FaceTime, Zoom, WhatsApp video or any other video calling app is something we do all the time. We will set it up, show you exactly how to use it, and leave you with simple written instructions if you would like.
