No. Our No Fix, No Fee policy means if we cannot resolve your issue, you pay nothing — including the call-out fee.
What's included in the $79 home visit fee?
The $79 call-out covers travel and the first 30 minutes on-site. Labour after that is $99/hr. We always quote before proceeding past initial diagnosis.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. We give you a full quote before starting work. The only extras are parts if replacements are needed, quoted separately.
Do you offer monthly packages for businesses?

How do I pay?
We accept cash, bank transfer and all major cards. Payment is due on completion.
