TechFix Pro was founded by Ragu Karthigesan, an IT professional with more than a decade of experience across enterprise support, infrastructure and small-business IT. What started as one technician with a van has grown into a team.
Today our qualified, background-checked technicians handle on-site visits across Sydney, a local helpdesk looks after our managed IT clients, and Ragu still sets the standard every job is measured against: honest advice, upfront pricing, and No Fix, No Fee.
We are a registered Australian company (Tech Fix Pro Pty Ltd, ACN 679 252 165), fully insured, and independently owned — not a franchise, and not a call centre.
