Why I started TechFix Pro
After a decade working as a Technical Support Engineer in corporate IT, I kept seeing the same thing happen to friends, family and neighbours in Western Sydney: a laptop dies, and they're told to drive it to a shop, leave it for a week, and hope for the best. Often they were charged before anyone had even confirmed the problem.
I started TechFix Pro in 2024 to do it differently. I come to your home or office. I diagnose the problem in front of you, quote it upfront, and fix it there. If I can't fix it, you don't pay — including the call-out fee. That's not a marketing line, it's the reason the business exists.
Since then TechFix Pro has completed more than 500 jobs across Western Sydney — from Parramatta and Blacktown through the Hills District to Penrith and Campbelltown — and holds a 4.9-star rating on Google. Every one of those jobs was done by me personally.
