Can I keep my existing phone numbers?+
Yes. We port your current numbers across so customers keep calling the same number. Each ported number counts as a phone line ($39.99/month for the first, $29.99/month for each additional).
Which NBN plans can I get at my address?+
It depends on the NBN connection type at your premises. FTTP addresses can access every plan; HFC supports most high-speed tiers; FTTN, FTTB and FTTC connections go up to NBN 100/40. We confirm the available speeds against your address before you order, so you never pay for a plan your connection cannot deliver.
What speeds will I actually get?+
The speeds shown are plan maximums. Real-world speeds vary with your NBN connection type, time of day and in-premises Wi-Fi. We help you pick a realistic plan for your address and team size rather than the biggest number on the page.
Do you install it, or do I get a box in the mail?+
Your choice. We can post the modem ($20 shipping), or a TechFix Pro technician can attend on-site, install the modem and set up your Wi-Fi and devices for $170 — with no shipping fee. Most businesses choose on-site setup.
What happens if the NBN goes down?+
Add the 4G backup SIM ($15/month) and your connection automatically fails over to 4G, so EFTPOS, email and phones keep working while the NBN is restored.
What do I need to place an order?+
A copy of your current internet or phone bill (so we can identify your service and any numbers to port), your business details including ABN, and ID (driver licence and Medicare card). The online order form walks you through it in a few minutes.
