Questions about the health check
What does the free IT health check involve?
A 15-minute remote session where we check one representative workstation (updates, antivirus, disk health, local admin rights) and your Microsoft 365 tenant (MFA status, admin accounts, mailbox rules, sharing settings, backup). You get a plain-English report within 48 hours.
Is it really free?
Yes. No cost, no obligation, no sales pitch during the review. The report is yours to keep whether or not you work with us afterwards.
Do I need to install anything?
For the workstation check we use a one-time remote support session — nothing is left installed. For the Microsoft 365 check we ask for temporary read-only access, which you can revoke immediately afterwards.
What will the report tell me?
Where you're exposed, ranked by risk. Typically: whether MFA is actually enforced, whether backups exist and have been tested, how far behind updates are, whether staff have admin rights they shouldn't, and how your setup compares to the Australian Essential Eight baseline.
