Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners → select printer → Open print queue → Printer menu → uncheck Use Printer Offline if checked.
Set as default printer
Printers & scanners → click your printer → Set as default. Also check for duplicate printer entries.
Restart the Print Spooler service
Windows + R → services.msc → Print Spooler → Restart. Also delete stuck jobs: C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS → delete all files inside.
Remove and re-add the printer
Printers & scanners → select printer → Remove. Then Add a device and let Windows reinstall.
Update or reinstall the printer driver
