Set up Microsoft 365 (Outlook)

Open Outlook → File → Add Account → enter your email address. For Microsoft 365 work accounts, sign in with your organisation credentials and Outlook configures automatically.

Set up Gmail in Outlook

Outlook → File → Add Account → enter your Gmail address → Connect. In Gmail: Settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP → Enable IMAP. You may need an App Password if two-factor authentication is enabled.

Set up business email (IMAP)

Outlook → File → Add Account → Advanced options → Let me set up manually → IMAP. Enter your hosting provider's IMAP server, SMTP server and port numbers.
